30-day promise
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, even if the bottle has been opened. Skin takes time, and so should the decision.
How to return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defect.
Exchanges
Prefer a different formulation? We'll ship the new product as soon as we receive your return, at no additional cost.
